WELCOME TO MIZU

Overlooking the shores of White Bear Lake, Mizu brings a vibrant and modern take on Japanese cuisine to a setting that feels both energetic and relaxed. Guests can enjoy hand-crafted sushi, inventive small plates, and a well curated drink menu in a space designed for everything from casual nights out to special celebrations. Whether you settle in at the sushi bar, gather around a table with friends, or enjoy the patio in warmer months, Mizu offers an experience that feels lively, social, and memorable.

Opened in 2017 by longtime hospitality professionals Daron and Nicole Close, Mizu reflects their passion for great food and genuine service. As part of their family of restaurants, Mizu sits right next door to Acqua, their original concept, and carries the same commitment to quality, atmosphere, and guest experience that defines all of their ventures, including Cabin 61.

THE DECK

We do not take any reservations for outdoor dining on our deck or railing. All reservations will guarantee indoor seating. Limited priority outdoor seating is available for groups of 5 or more with existing indoor reservations and advance request.
